StudioShell not showing up as menu option in VS2008

For some reason, StudioShell is not showing up in my "View" dropdown menu for any projects I am loading in VS2008. I verified that I installed the VS2008 version. Is there anything else I can do, or is there a way to start StudioShell from within Visual Studio without that menu option?

Hrmm....

Can you check that the StudioShell commands exist? Go to Tools > Customize and click the Keyboard button. In the list of commands, check that the CodeOwls.StudioShell.Connect command is listed.

If it is, you can associate this command with a toolbar button or keyboard shortcut to start StudioShell.

If the command is NOT listed, then we have an installation problem and I'll want to follow up with you.
